Emergency service providers

Ambulance services, fire services, rescue teams and other emergency providers can join KRH's verified network. When something happens in Kiamaiko, the community's disaster risk reduction structure can send you a request, alongside the national and county numbers.

How it works

  1. Apply with your services, vehicles or teams, and your licences and registrations.
  2. Sign the KRH provider commitment: life first, no payment demanded before emergency care, and information used only for the response.
  3. Get verified. A KRH administrator checks each document and your signature, then approves you.
  4. Receive requests. You first see the village and what is needed. Only the provider that accepts sees the exact place, and only until the job is closed.

Cases involving a child's protection or gender-based violence are never sent to providers. They go to Childline Kenya (116) or the gender-based violence line (1195).
